COOPERSVILLE, Mich. - As changes and renovations have come to Coopersville Public Schools campus, one area remained untouched. That will change this April when workers begin renovations on the football stadium's south side.

"With ADA compliance the primary goal, the project will finally complete Broncos Stadium," said Athletic Director, Steve Bennink. "The south end of the stadium is the only remaining area on campus that has not been addressed in previous renovations. This project will define the stadium and become a focal point for visitors and sports fans entering our stadium for sporting and other community events."

Final cost of the the project is budgeted at 1.6 million dollars.

"Funding from donations from the athletic booster group, individual donors and the rest from bond money," said Assistant Superintendent, Ron Veldman.

The renovations will also include concessions, team rooms, maintenance/operations work areas and storage. Construction is slated to be finished in August... just in time for football.
