My Town Coopersville: Amended vehicle sales ordinance to take effect April 2 | News
COOPERSVILLE, Mich.-- A new set of restrictions on personal vehicle sales will take effect next week.
During its regular meeting last week, the Coopersville City Council approved Ordinance 457, which restricts vehicle sales to 30 days unless a special land use permit is obtained. The ordinance also restricts vehicles from being sold along the side of streets or highways, and requires the vehicle be displayed on the vehicle owner’s property.
City Clerk Kim Borgman says the amended ordinance will take effect April 2.
